Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a great view of the surroundings. The breakfast buffet was diverse and included both western and Chinese options, satisfying both our palates. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport with easy access to public transportation and taxi services.
The hotel's location lacked nearby dining and shopping options, requiring us to venture farther out to find anything to do outside of the hotel. the hotel seemed to lack proper maintenance as there were some minor issues with the air conditioning in the room.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location near the airport made our transfer to the cruise ship terminal super convenient. The 24-hour room service and friendly bell staff made us feel like VIPs. We also appreciated the package/parcel services, dietician, and doctor on call, as it showed that the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The in-room amenities such as air conditioning, turndown service, and in-room safe, added a touch of luxury to our stay. Additionally, the dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a variety of delicious meals.

During my Xmas stay, I was disappointed to find out that the hotel lacked a festive atmosphere and decoration, which was quite unappealing. the hotel's amenities were inadequate - the gym equipment was old and in a dilapidated condition, and the pool was too cold to swim in.
